I had a family member die suddenly earlier in the year, and Amaze Health was very efficient and helpful in getting someone for me to talk to right away. It was so great not to have to figure out who to see and how to get to them in the midst of my shock and grief!

And then I had a new symptom of some headaches after we got started on the plan. I have a history of brain tumor, but hadn't had any symptoms or treatment since surgery in 2002. I got a referral from my provider to get an MRI scan, and honestly at first was just thinking I'd pay out of pocket because I didn't want to wait to figure out care coordination process and then wait for it all to happen and I was really stressed about it all. But when I called to schedule as self and cash pay, they didn't give me an appointment for over 2 months! So figured I would give care coordination a try. And really the whole process was easy to follow and although there were a few steps, each one went quickly and easily. They approved my request and connecting me to the care coordination people who ultimately got me connected to someone from Radiology Assist who called to schedule my appointment - just a couple of weeks out so much sooner than me trying to call and schedule as myself for self pay, so I was really impressed! They then emailed me a one time use voucher to pay for the service which was accepted without an issue or any questions at all. They even followed up after just a few days to see if I had my results yet and needed any follow up care! Which was such a nice change after usually having to be the one to figure out those next steps if needed. Thankfully my scan was all clear and didn't need additional treatment based off results, but I felt confident that care coordination team was there to support me through the next steps if I had!
